The project area is located at the industrial neighbourhood of Tblisi, north of the existing city center. The city’s 2030 future plan includes the transformation of the industrial neighbourdhood, and Didube Piazza aims to be a catalyst in the transformation process. The project presents a vertical configuration, contrasting the local horizontal lines of the existing industrial structures. Leaving a smaller footprint, it provides a generous space for public activities. The project combines retail, office and hotel utilities, and presents an exapmle for the future transformation of the neighbourhood
