Located at the Yalıncak district of Trabzon, the project site is on the future commercial boulevard of the district according to the City Plan. The design focuses on to create a commercial continuity on the boulevard level, bonding with the future boulevard while providing a certain degree of privacy and seclusion for the residential units. Project consists of 80 flats of different sizes and 6000m² of retail space, indoor and outdoor car parks and recreational gardens.
