Consisted of retail and office spaces, the design focuses on the bond between the two and aims to achieve a gradation with an effective plasticity. Located on the shoreline of the city, the project includes retail spaces on ground level. Social facilities are designed on the upper floors beneath the office tower . Through the use of the main ramp which leads directly from the street level to the upper levels, the social facilities are turned into an extension of the street.
